This project aims to bridge the gap between a municipality and its displaced residents during wartime. Through a user-friendly WhatsApp chatbot, residents can easily share their current location (city, town, hotel) and potentially also their basic needs.
The collected data will be visualized in real-time dashboards, enabling the municipality to identify areas with high concentrations of residents and understand their most pressing needs.
